Perched high on the barstool that sits in front of our kitchen island...I have a view. Out my window is the lush green...green...green of springs beginnings. And a few minutes ago, this stunning red cardinal flew right over to our holly berry bush and snagged a morning snack from its branches. What an amazing sight...really. So I'm sitting here thinking about things...
Right now, my baby boy is fast asleep upstairs. I can breathe easily knowing his little self is all snuggled and happy.
Right now, my 6 year old is keeping himself busy in another room. Content that its a Saturday and there isn't even a chance that he'll have homework!
Right now, my husband is upstairs, painting walls. Oh how good it looks.
Right now, I have my ity-bity bright pink Nano Ipod, charging on this laptop and its saying...oh yea baby, we WILL rock it out later on the treadmill!
Right now, there is a beautifully empty white porcelain plate sitting on the other side of the laptop. Its from the amazing mushroom omelet that Stephen made me a half hour ago...with fresh pears, pineapple and organic peanut butter on whole wheat toast. It says I am so well nourished and truly spoiled by my man..don't ya think?
Right now, I have laundry in the washing machine that will smell amazing when its finished.
Right now, I am so filled with gratitude...its fabulous!
